Wix Enterprise commissioned me to work on a platform for their client, the Institute for National Security Studies, a research institute affiliated with Tel Aviv University.

The platform is used by a closed group of invited experts who contribute insights through structured surveys and research input.

My role included redesigning the user interface, restructuring the navigation and overall user experience, and developing a system that connects data collection with real-time visualization.

In addition to the interface design, I implemented custom functionality using Wix and external data sources, enabling the platform to support complex workflows and large volumes of data.

The project involved transforming a previously manual and fragmented process into a structured and interactive digital system.

Survey responses were originally collected and processed manually, with results turned into static reports. This limited both speed and accessibility.

The solution was a custom-built system where experts can submit survey responses, which are then stored in a connected database and automatically translated into live data visualizations on the platform.

This required designing a clear and functional interface that supports complex interactions while remaining easy to navigate for non-technical users.

The result is a platform that operates as a dynamic research environment, combining data input, processing, and visualization in one place. This significantly improved internal workflows, increased engagement, and allowed the team to manage and present research data independently and in real time.

The system replaced previous manual processes and introduced a more efficient and scalable way of working.
